Precious Attic Studio in Puerto de la Cruz, recently renovated and redecorated in a modern yet cosy style, with a fantastic terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, plasma television and bathroom with shower tray. It is a fourth floor with lift, very close to commercial areas, restaurants, bars, bakeries and anything you might need, two minutes walking from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. It is located in a quiet area.
Fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, bread warmer, kettle, washing machine and of course fridge, bathroom with shower, terrace, table and chairs. A large double bed and plasma TV with satellite and unlimited WiFi
The entire apartment will be at the guests' disposal.
I will be at the arrival to hand over the studio keys and available throughout your stay.
Puerto de la Cruz is a tourist hub with everything you might need, two minutes walking from Martianez Shopping Centre and San Telmo Beach.
The bus station is 10 minutes walking.
The area is difficult for parking, but if you would need a car during your stay, ask us, there are car rentals in the Port that are offered with a parking space. -
Nice recently renovated studio located on the fourth floor with elevator, located in the center of Puerto de la Cruz, it has a kitchen with microwave and refrigerator and a ceramic hob, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a living-bedroom area with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed and plasma television (smart TV with the possibility of connecting to Netflix...), all new.
The entire studio is for the use and enjoyment of guests only.
There will always be someone available for guests.
The first tourist area in Tenerife, Puerto de la Cruz has everything you need to enjoy a unique vacation, in a safe and quiet environment. There are numerous supermarkets, restaurants and shops very close to the apartment. A 5-minute walk away there is a huge space used as free public parking.
A 10-minute walk away is the bus station, from which buses leave to the entire island. If you come by car (which I recommend, since it is easier to visit the island) guests have a free parking area on the pier, less than 5 minutes walk from the studio.
