Description
Valle Maresía is a beautiful rural house with incredible views of the valley and Teide, surrounded by a beautiful garden with a jacuzzi and an area to play petanque. There is a barbecue and dining area. Rural house decorated with great taste, it has a bedroom with a double bed (150cm), a living room area with a sofa bed and a large window with direct views to the garden and the valley, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen that overlooks the patio, where you will find an outdoor dining room and a barbecue area. In the garden there is an area to make a bonfire and enjoy it with a good glass of red wine from La Orotava. There is a jacuzzi and sunbeds and an area where you can play petanque. Wifi available and TV (only national channels) The house is a few minutes drive from the center of La Orotava, where you can enjoy a wide variety of cuisine and the beautiful old town of La Orotava
Important note: the bedroom is not separated by a wall from the living room, it is open, but it is separated by a small wall of 1'50 with a wooden decoration of another 1'50 cm.
There will always be somebody avavilable for the check in and the meeting point will be in La Orotava.

Enjoy peace and tranquillity in a privileged location, surrounded by fruit trees and magnificent views.
La Casita del Barranco is located in El Rincón, next to the Barranco de La Arena, in the Valle de la Orotava, in the North of the island of Tenerife.
It has been carefully restored to maintain the traditional Canarian architecture of this area of the island.
The property has its own parking for one car and can accommodate five people. It consists of two bedrooms with two single beds that can be put together, a bathroom equipped with a shower, a living room-kitchen and a covered solana.
In each bedroom there are two beds 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. In addition, one of the bedrooms has an extra bed 80 cm wide and 190 cm long.
It has a complete home inventory, appliances (television, induction hob, fridge, microwave, electric coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, mixer, toaster, electric cooker, electric kettle, electric juicer, hair dryer, ironing board and iron) towels and bedding, furniture typical of the interior of a home and garden furniture. It also has two electric heaters. For babies, it has a high chair, playpen, bathtub and children's potty.
It has a satellite antenna and WIFI.
We use biodegradable cleaning products and low-consumption light bulbs. Because we respect nature, the house has a wastewater treatment plant and a solar panel to enjoy hot water.
From the living room and from one of the bedrooms, you can admire wonderful sunsets on the horizon, over the sea and from the other bedroom, you can enjoy the splendid view of El Teide crowning the Valle de la Orotava.
The impressive views of the sea and El Teide can be enjoyed in all their grandeur outside the house.
Thanks to its excellent location and natural environment, La Casita del Barranco is the ideal starting point for practising activities in nature, such as hiking, beach, golf, among others.
It is a few minutes by car from Puerto la Cruz and La Orotava. Very close also to the famous Playa de El Bollullo.
