It has furniture on the 45 square meter terrace, and the plot is fenced. From the terrace, you can access the pool area, which is communal and not heated.
The apartment has an oven, washing machine, iron, a television with digital channels in Spanish (no satellite), wifi, and has electric radiators for winter and a fan for summer.
The American kitchen, with a glass-ceramic cooktop, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, utensils/cookware, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, and juicer.

The apartment is very well distributed, on the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a single bedroom. The kitchen, the dining room and a complete bathroom. Going up a curious spiral staircase we enter the second double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. An apartment with all the comforts both inside the apartment and outside, in the different services that Puerto de la Cruz offers.
There is a large place where you can park, a few minutes walk from the apartment, it is the dock area, a free parking area.
The first tourist area of Tenerife, Puerto de la Cruz has everything you need to enjoy a unique vacation, in a safe and quiet environment. There are numerous supermarkets, restaurants and shops very close to the apartment. A 5 minute walk away there is a huge space used as free public parking, so parking will not be a problem1 review -

There is a second full bathroom near the second bedroom. A spacious and fully equipped kitchen, living room with fantastic sea views and a partially enclosed terrace to enjoy magical views.

Puerto de la Cruz is the first tourist center in Spain, has points of interest as its beaches, including Playa Jardin, the only beach-garden in the world, Playa Martiánez ideal to start surfing, you will also find El Lago Martianez, with many salt water pools, where to spend the day. A few steps from the house is the historic center with a variety of gastronomic offerings and entertainment venues.
There are "guaguas" or buses from both airports to Puerto de la Cruz. The apartment is 5 minutes away walking from the main Bus Station. The most convenient is to rent a car and visit the island by car. You can move around Puerto de la Cruz by foot or by bike, the distances are short since it is not a very large town.
